Percept/H, a Percept-Hakuhodo Company, has won the creative duties, worth Rs 6-8 crore, of Transport Corporation of India Limited, following a multi-agency pitch by prominent agencies.

Transport Corporation of India is India's leading Multimodal Integrated logistics and Supply Chain Solutions Provider. With expertise developed over five decades, a customer centric approach and world class resources, TCIL is equipped with an extensive set up of 1200 branch offices, a workforce of 6500, a massive customer base and a well performing script in premier stock exchanges as BSE and NSE.

This year TCIL is celebrating 50 years of its existence. TCI has earmarked the 50 years celebrations by integrating all the group companies, namely TCI Freight, TCI XPS, TCI Supply Chain Solutions, TCI Global, TCI Seaways and TCI Foundation under the umbrella branding of TCI and also launching a complete new brand identity.

Said Mr. Amitava Mitra, Sr. Vice President, Percept/H Delhi, “It was a challenging task to combine the 50 year celebrations, the new brand identity and the concept of integrating all the different companies under one core identity and projecting this entity as the largest logistics and supply chain solutions provider. It was our innovative communication strategy and solutions that helped us win the account.”

Said Mr. K Prabhakar, President & CEO, TCI XPS, “There was a formal pitch by few agencies. We were very impressed with their overall understanding of the task and the complete 360 solution – both marketing and advertising – that Percept brought to the table. This made us to decide that Percept would be our right communication partners to take the brand forward”
