Allied Media bags digital mandate for fashion brand Phive Rivers

Allied Media, the media planning, evaluation and buying agency of Percept, recently won the digital mandate for Phive Rivers, an international premium fashion brand for leather bags as its media agency of record (AOR). This mandate covers mainline and digital requirements of all the brand campaigns in India. The account will be handled from the agency’s Delhi office. Phive Rivers wanted a dedicated agency to re-emphasis their focus on the digital medium. Allied Media bagged the account following the multi-agency pitch process. The agency has commenced work on the account and has already put a team in place to service Phive Rivers. The brand has a clear vision about digital and has decided to use digital media as part of its overall marketing strategy for future and to further strengthen its position in the affordable luxury segment. Commenting on the development, Mohit Gill, Commercial Director - India Operations, Phive Rivers said, “Allied Media’s enthusiasm, patience and innovative ideas made us choose them as our digital agency. Percept Activ executes Filmfare South for the third consecutive year

Percept Activ executes Filmfare South for the third consecutive year Percept Activ, the strategic business unit for Percept Sports & Entertainment, executed Filmfare South 2014 at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai last month. This was for the third consecutive year that Percept Activ executed the event, which had Idea as its title sponsor. Stars like Dhanush, Kamal Hassan, A R Rahman, Sathya Raj, Mahesh Babu and Tamannah were all seen walking down the red carpet. Bollywood's evergreen beauty Rekha upped the glamour quotient of the event by giving away the award for the Best Actor (Critics) to Dhanush. The stage saw some performances by renowned South Indian stars - Shruti Hassan performed to her Telugu hits, Catherine performed an act dedicated to Rajnikanth and actor Tapsee made her maiden performance at the Filmfare. Mancrafted brand is currently being sold on ecommerce portals and exclusive outlet. Phive Rivers, the international luxury handbag designer, has released its first campaign in India and it celebrates Mancrafting – focusing the idea on the men and the process of creating every signature piece that bears the Phive Rivers badge. Shot sensuously by Amit Dey, the campaign is created by Hakuhodo Percept, the Delhi headquartered Indo - Japanese agency, which recently won the account. “This isn’t an idea born in a conference room, but rather on the shop floor of the client’s factory. The client spent hours and hours telling us every little detail of how these exquisite bags were made, right from sourcing the finest natural Italian leathers down to the smallest rivet and clasp. We felt we just had to bring this passion for design alive”, says Sabuj Sen Gupta, Executive Creative Director at Hakuhodo Percept. Comprising of print poster and digital ideas, the campaign tells the story of each of the men the cutter, the finisher, the fixer etc that mancraft a Phive Rivers bag by hand, not machine. “It’s a sexy twist on the category, and ‘Mancrafted’ is a great property that captures exactly what Phive Rivers is all about. ICICI Bank showcases its employees’ work in Goa

A gala award ceremony for ICICI Bank's Andhra Pradesh sector took place at Hotel Grand Mercure in Goa from Aug. 1 to 3. The ceremony enabled employees to showcase their work and success achieved over the past year in a dynamic and creative manner. Percept ICE, the Incentives, Conventions, Exhibitions and Events Domain Company of Percept Limited, won the mandate to conduct the ceremony. Percept Sport executes first edition of NSCI Super Sixes

Percept Sport, a strategic business unit of Percept Sports & Entertainment – a Percept Ltd company, successfully executed the inaugural chapter of the NSCI Super Sixes. The NSCI Super Sixes was held to celebrate the first anniversary of the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Indoor Stadium. The same was held from 1st August – 3rd August 2014 at the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Indoor Stadium, NSCI – Mumbai. The tournament saw a total participation of 16 teams out of which the ‘Roopam Striker Blasters’ won the tournament with a clean sweep over ‘Rolta Raining Aces’ The tournament was followed by a gala night celebration which was attended by 3000 people. The fun night saw a stellar programme lined up for the audience with a fashion show and a Bollywood Musical Night. The event was graced by honourable Justice BP Singh and respected Sachin Ahir – Minister of State for Housing as the guests of honour. According to the brief which was given to the team at Percept Sport, they had to make sure that there was no factor missing in this memorable event; as it was the first anniversary of the Indoor Stadium. Right from finalising the creatives to the lights at the venue the team handled everything marvellously. On the completion of the Super Sixes an exuberant Jayanti Bhai – President of the National Sports Club of India said, “We are enthralled by the splendid job done by the Percept Sports team at the execution of the event. The event saw an excellent turnout for the tournament as well as for the entertainment night considering it was the first year of the tournament. Sansui launches smartphones among 800 dealers

Percept Activ recently planned and executed Sansui's dealers meet held earlier this month at the Ambience Kempinski Hotel in New Delhi. The event was held for Sansui Mobile to introduce its new series of mobiles to its new and existing partners in India. The unveiling was witnessed by around 800 dealers from the Delhi-NCR region. At the meet, the smartphones were unveiled by Abhishek Malpani (Country Head, Sansui Mobiles). Various attractive and lucrative schemes were provided to increase the sales of the mobiles. From a traditional Japanese welcome to the design and decor, all elements incorporated a subtle element of Japan. Emcee Nitin Arora anchored the show and kept the tempo going with his audience interactions. The evening also saw many lucky winners walking away with gifts ranging from consumer durables to automobiles and destination travel vouchers to Europe and the Far East. The highlight of the event was the stellar performance by Bollywood celebrity Zarine Khan. Percept Activ carries out the launch party of ‘Oh My God’

Percept Activ planned and executed the launch party of ‘Oh My God' - a real estate project by Bayaweaver, on Aug. 11 at the JW Marriott Hotel in New Delhi. The night was themed ‘Miracle Event'and saw the attendance of 1400 people. Adding glamour to the night was Manish Paul who hosted the event. An augmented reality presentation on the project took the invitees through the making of the project - the USPs, the features, the expertise and the research. The presentation ended with an introduction of the team behind the project being welcomed on stage and applauded for the roles and expertise they brought on board. Acts by the Golden Adagio left the audience spell bound with the perfect amalgamation of strength, power, tenacity and sheer ease with which they made their performance look like a flowing piece of art on stage. Adding a touch of magical illusion were the Duo Fantasy performers who mesmerised the audience with their fantasy acts. This was followed by celebrity performer Shibani Dandekar setting the mood for attendees to take to the dance floor. The 3D walkthrough of the project showcased in the Oculus experiential zone was an instant attraction, drawing almost everyone to take in the experience of walking into the building and take a walk about inside giving a real time feel of being in the place. The red carpet was rolled out for guests to feel like celebrities with photo opportunities and specially crafted cocktails. The stage was designed in such a way that it gave a larger than life look, with multiple screens and surround screens put up across the venue. The audience was seated at a multi tiered seating arrangement which made it easier for them to witness the show planned for them.
