In a nostalgic reflection on the journey of Percept EMC Limited, Devraj Sanyal, Chairman and CEO of UMG India and South Asia, and the SVP Strategy for Africa, Middle East, and Asia (AMEA),, penned a heartfelt tribute to the company that continues to stand tall in the dynamic landscape of Media & Entertainment. Sanyal, who served as the COO, CEO, and Group CEO during a transformative decade at Percept Sports & Entertainment, lauded the company’s remarkable growth, passion, and scale.

Recalling his tenure, Sanyal reminisced about the incredible teams at Percept EMC that went above and beyond to achieve industry-first milestones and deliver outstanding results for clients across the subcontinent. He credited the stellar leadership of brothers Harindra Singh and Shailendra Singh, whose creative genius, unmatched sales skills, and ambitious vision propelled Percept Limited to unprecedented heights.

Despite facing both triumphs and challenges, Sanyal emphasised that the heart and spirit of Percept EMC remain intact even after 13 years since his transition to Universal Music India. He acknowledged the company’s resilience during turbulent times and expressed optimism about its future.

Attending the 40th-anniversary celebration of Percept Limited, Sanyal noted that the company appears stronger than ever, poised to embark on the next phase of its journey.
