Percept Activ successfully manages the Press Conference for FC Goa

Percept Activ, the Strategic Business Unit of Percept Sports & Entertainment, recently planned and successfully organised the Press Conference for The FC Goa franchise of the upcoming Hero Indian Super League (ISL) on 23rd of September 2014 at the Palladium Hotel, Mumbai.

 
The objective behind holding this press conference was to announce the new co-owner of the franchise, renowned International Indian Cricketer Virat Kohli. This conference also witnessed the unveiling of the official FC Goa jersey and Adidas’s association with the franchise.
 
According to the brief which was given to Percept Activ, the press meeting held would be attended by approximately 150 media professionals from around the country. The setup for the same had to be done keeping in mind gigantic list of prominent names both from the sports industry and the corporate world. 
 
Eminent names like Mrs. Nita Ambani who is also the Founding Chairperson Football Sports Development (promoter body of ISL); Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan, well known French footballer Robert Pires along with Head coach – Zico & Team Owners – Mr. VN Dhoot, Mr. Salgaocar and Mr Dempo. The event was also attended by the Marketing & Sales Director of Adidas, Mr Tushar Goculdas. 
 
Showing their playful best during the meet, Virat Kohli & Varun Dhawan shared their love for football with the reporters where they juggled with footballs and were further accompanied by Robert Pires & Zico to show them how it is professionally done.
 
Commenting on the successful execution of the press meeting, an elated Mr. Sanjay Shukla, Chief Executive Officer – Percept Sports & Entertainment said, “With the press meeting for FC Goa we have executed an event of an international calibre. The attendees were both from the International and the Indian sports industry. Keeping in mind such personalities which were attending the conference we had designed the stage according to the norms which are followed internationally. We would love to work with the franchise again in the future.”
